If you're feeling stuck, unfulfilled and need help figuring out what to do next, I will work with you 1:1 through a 12 week career change programme.

Pillar 1 – It's All About You 


The first part of the programme focuses on you and getting super clear on what you really want out of your life and your career. This stage is essential for laying the foundations.​ Here are some areas that we will cover:

  • Carry out a holistic life and career audit

  • Learn tools and positive habits to support you on your career change journey

  • Get clear on your values, your likes, your dislikes and your strengths

  • Figure out your passions and what gives you purpose

Pillar 2 – The Fulfilling Career

Next we dive into your career aspirations and what a fulfilling career means to you.

  • Get crystal clear on the vision for your dream life and career 

  • Figure out your skills & transferrable skills 

  • Figure out what work environment suits you best and what you can learn from past experiences 

  • Get up close and personal with your finances

  • Determine your Fulfilling Career Criteria which are the building blocks to help you move successfully

Pillar 3 – The Pursuit of Curiosity


Here we get curious about all the different possibilities for your future career and start generating new ideas. We then pick a couple of your favourites and starting testing them out to make sure your next career step is definitely the right one for you.

Pillar 4 – The Transition


Once you have chosen which role you want to pursue further, we figure out exactly what it's going to take to get you there and we create a solid transition plan to make it happen.​

Additional support 

  • We work on your mindset, limiting beliefs and overcome blockers that are keeping you stuck.

  • I will hold you accountable and challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone.

  • I will provide worksheets to support you during the time between sessions and weekly actions that we will set together to keep the needle moving.

  • You will also have access to me in between sessions on email or a messenger app to support you.

  • We will meet for 12 x 1 hour zoom calls weekly/fortnightly.
